Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. General

By placing a verbal or written order, the customer – referred to below as the client for ease of reading – accepts all of the following conditions as binding. Delivery, payment or purchasing conditions that differ from these are only valid if we have confirmed them. Our conditions also apply to all future business with the same customer without the conditions being sent again. Special agreements are only binding if we confirm them in writing. These conditions apply from 20 October 2025 and replace all our previous contractual terms.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form an integral part of all quotations, order confirmations and orders placed with Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler in connection with its online or offline services. Without an express written agreement, differing terms, contracts or arrangements between the parties do not become part of the contract.

2. Conclusion of contract

A legally valid contract is concluded between the client and Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler when the client orders or schedules one of the services and Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler makes that service available to the client online or offline.

For individual clients in coaching and consulting, the rights and obligations of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply; the contract comes into being when the service is scheduled.

Contracts for workshops come into being through the signing of the client record and/or the registration form, and in the case of companies through acceptance of the quotation.

In the event of technical difficulties when purchasing an online offering, please contact the email address given info@unburnt.ch.

Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler offers free technical support in such cases. No legal entitlement can be derived from this. Please contact us by email only. Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler endeavours to answer client enquiries as quickly as possible. We will deal with every enquiry within a maximum of 5 working days.

3. Payment terms

As a rule, the payment terms confirmed by us are binding. Once the payment deadline has passed, the client is automatically in default. In the event of late payment, the customer is charged all consequential costs as well as default interest of 5% p.a. from the first day after the payment deadline expires, calculated from the invoice date and without a reminder.

The client may not withhold payments on account of complaints or other counterclaims. Reminder and debt collection fees for overdue invoices are charged to the client in addition.

If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the waiting time is charged from the 15-minute mark onwards. The client is not entitled to withhold payments unless a statutory right of retention applies.

Coaching and consulting:

A payment period of 30 days from the invoice date applies.

Workshops & events:

A payment period of 30 days from the invoice date applies here, and payment in instalments is possible. Any instalment arrangement only becomes valid on the basis of a written payment agreement signed by Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler. As a rule, payment is made in a single instalment.

Online courses:

All prices are in Swiss francs and are settled exclusively in this currency.

Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler may use the services of third-party companies to process payments. Where this is the case, the company commissioned is named during the ordering process, for example PayPal or Digistore24. In addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler, the terms and conditions of the commissioned company then apply.

4. Flat rates / VAT

Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler works exclusively with the published prices; these are always exclusive of value added tax.

5. Withdrawal / right of cancellation

Coaching / consulting:

If the client becomes insolvent after the contract has been concluded, Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler may withhold further services until outstanding payments have been settled. There is no right of cancellation or of a price reduction. In the event of withdrawal or exit, the full contractual amount remains owed.

Workshops and events:

Cancellations and withdrawals are governed as follows: if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the start, the price for the workshop or event is not owed. If Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler receives the cancellation within 7 days before the event takes place, 1/4 of the amount is owed. If the cancellation or discontinuation occurs within the last 48 hours before the start of the workshop or event, or at any later point, the full amount becomes due.

In cases where participation is made impossible by health-related absence, Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler is always willing to convert the capital already invested into an individual solution for you.

Online courses:

Once the service has been made available to the client online, the contract cannot be reversed. There is no right of cancellation in this case.

Consulting and coaching services are generally excluded from the right of return. Cancellation policies of the payment processor Digistore24 therefore do not apply.

Consequences of cancellation and withdrawal:

The client is not permitted to use the content, concepts and strategies shared with them, in whole or in part. Written documents and workbooks must be returned to Unburnt by Cornelia Gürtler without delay. Digital files must be deleted from all storage media.
