My Mission as a Burnout Prevention Coach
With unburnt, I focus on creating healthy workplace cultures – through my preventive workshops and my 1:1 support.
Since 2008, I have been working in the financial industry. In my professional and personal life, I have seen many people struggling with the challenges of excessive workload. I myself know what it feels like to reach my own limits.
Today, I share my experience – complemented by my advanced training at the Swiss Academy for Burnout Prevention. With my Balanced Workplace approach, I have developed an effective approach for companies to prevent burnout: For a healthy workplace culture built on empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
